During the discussions on here a few weeks ago concerning the Evangelical Christian organization Jews for Jesus, I went to their website to confirm some of their specific beliefs and practices. Almost immediately, an instant-message type box popped up and a staffer (or robot, not really sure said, Shalom! Are you Jewish? What do you know about Jesus? (I ignored them). This kind of two-way online communication is certainly feasible technologically, someone just has to be around to answer the question AND has to make clear they're not a robot or people will get turned off. The same is true if a pastor posts a sermon using Disqus as a comment/question section. She has to check the comments, otherwise it's not going to work.
